Spray-Crete is a top of the line resurfacing product made from a unique
combination of Portland cement and acrylic products. Spray-Crete is
designed to be applied to an existing concrete base (and like surfaces).

Most definitely! Dealers have applied Spray-Crete at Disney World,
Busch
Gardens, Universal Studios, Hotels, Carports and Pool sides. Spray-Crete
is weather resistant, oil and chemical resistant, cooler than untreated concrete
and has a five year warranty from defect. The Spray-Crete system has
been
especially engineered to handle expansion and contraction. For example,
in the searing heat of Florida, pavement surface temperatures can reach up to
130 degrees F. and afternoon thunder showers can reduce the surface by as
much as sixty degrees within 5 minutes!

The Spray-Crete mix is mixed with bonding additives in specific proportions
dependent on the style and texture to be applied. With the use of air
compressors
and various levels of air pressure, the Spray-Crete material is sprayed directly
onto the surface.

Our design consultants can offer you a wide variety of possibilities to
choose from.
Company logos, color variations to match buildings, or something that you've
seen
somewhere else - pictures are great!

If your concrete is cracked the cracks will be repaired by our staff using
industry
accepted methods. The installer will then acid wash and rise the surface
as needed.
Sometimes a high-pressure wash is required to remove debris. Next, low
spots
are filled in by trowling on some of the Spray-Crete mixture and feathering off
to a
smooth edge. Areas needing to masked off are done at this time.
Areas over 1/8"
thick will be filled with Set-Quick.

New concrete must cure for at least seven days prior to the acid wash and
installation.
Our recommendation is at least 30 days for best results.
