What is a quality job?
Understanding what defines a
"quality" job is some of the most important information you
can receive prior to having work done. We want to insure you
receive the highest quality work - work that will last for many years to
come and beauty that you will continue to enjoy!
A quality job will have some of these basic elements:
 | Installer(s) will mask off any areas that are
subject to over spray.
An even distribution of color is fundamental, as well as a
uniform appearance of the
application pattern and texture.
No sealer drip marks on the edges of the job area.
Installer(s) will smooth all edges for the ultimate finished look. |
|
 | Your Estimate:
You will receive a written contract that specifies the scope of
the work that we will be doing, the price of the job and any payment
arrangements that are agreed to. |
|
 | Before Work Begins:
Spray-Crete is designed to adhere to existing, cured concrete
surfaces of residential dwellings. |
 | Work In Progress:
We will communicate with you on regular intervals about specific
work schedules.
Application of the Spray-Crete occurs in dry weather. Expect
some delays on your job in times of inclement weather.
Please keep pets, children and others off the treated areas until
work is complete and application has cured (usually 72 hours).
Remove plants, furniture and pets prior to the start of work.
Trim back any vegetation in the work area. |
|
 | At Job's End:
The Spray-Crete system uses water borne surfactants. Some
sudsing may occur the first few times the "creted" area
encounters moisture. This a normal occurrence.
A complete job is a clean job. We will remove what we bring
with us.
You will also receive written instructions for maintenance of your
Spray-Crete area.
You will receive the Spray-Crete Industries, Inc. Limited 5 Year
Pro-Rated Warranty. Make sure all information is filled
in. Mail the completed form to us as indicated, keeping the
yellow copy for yourself (please note that not all applications
carry the warranty). |
